Consistency of Wi-Fi service could definitely use some improvement!!! The outdated TV equipment in rooms is quite disappointing, and the gym and spa facilities feel neglected and in dire need of an upgrade!!!

Very attentive and excellent staff, it was great stay.
We loved the hotel, it was exceptionally comfortable and had UNBEATABLE location really close to the lifts and bus station. Friendly services were available. The food they offered was great, had a great selection of meals.

Friendly service, I thoroughly enjoyed outstanding food.
I had a superb stay in a long time. Great hotel, all of the staff were gorgeous and brilliant, excellent location in such a hot area. Everything was good as expected, even so the bathroom was quite small. Location: the venue was just off ski lift, bus station, gondolas to the slopes and Le Praz 1300;)))

The rooms were spacious and recently renovated and view on the the alpine was magnificent! The location seemed excellent and unbeatable near to the ski lift.

A comfortable family-friendly hotel. Helpful and affable staff members. Excellent location near gondola to 1850. Close to the lifts and lake area as well as the restaurant I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. the hotel is perfect for families, with friendly and accommodating staff. Its proximity to the gondola for easy access to 1850 makes it a great choice. Additionally, being close to both the lifts and lake area, as well as restaurants, adds to the convenience of staying here.

Cozy retreat with amazing staff
Spent 6 nights in a lovely spot! The staff were always super friendly. Breakfast was great, especially those baked goodies! Our room was clean and comfy. The only hitch? WiFi in our room was a bit of a struggle sometimes.

The hotel is super nice with a cozy vibe and really helpful staff. Our room was comfy, with an amazing large bed and nice views. Breakfast was tasty and had some homemade goodies. Loved the clean rooms and they always stocked up on tea and water. Great location too, only a few mins from the gondola to get to courchevel 1850.
wi-fi was quite bad and the gym could use some upgrades.

Had an amazing time at this stunning hotel! The spa treatments were just what I needed after a long day on the slopes, and I loved unwinding in the jacuzzi. Just a heads-up, the WiFi could be spotty in certain areas, but it didn't take away from my stay at all. 😊

The venue is comfortable. the location is magnificent, near Le Praz and the ski lift. - the rooms we booked were stunning and extremely spacious, with a great view. - the breakfast was good. - the rooms had balconies.
The facilities were excellent, offering everything you could wish for.
